1. Services

Plumb Easy provides residential and commercial plumbing services in the Charleston, SC area, including but not limited to leak detection and repair, water heater installation and repair, sewer and drain services, water line repair and replacement, whole home repiping, hydro jetting, and emergency plumbing services. Service availability, scheduling, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Free estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual scope of work, materials required, and site conditions discovered during service. All pricing will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

We ask that you provide reasonable advance notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Failure to provide notice or be available at the scheduled service time may result in a trip or cancellation fee. Plumb Easy reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to emergency calls, technician availability, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. SMS / Text Message Communications

Plumb Easy will be collecting opt-in verbally from their customers. The customers will be able to opt in to receive messages either in person at their physical location, or over a phone call if the customer calls. When a customer is registered for the first time, they are asked to provide the phone number, and staff is trained to ask if the customer would like to opt in to SMS-based billing notifications, appointment reminders, dispatch notifications and job completion surveys. They will be verbally informed that “Message and data rates may apply”, “Message frequency may vary”, and they can; “text HELP for support or more information and STOP to unsubscribe at any time and no further messages will be sent”. 5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Plumb Easy accepts cash, check, and major credit cards. Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees and collection proceedings. Any disputes regarding invoices must be raised within 10 business days of receipt.

6. Warranty and Workmanship

Plumb Easy warrants that all labor and workmanship will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Warranty terms vary by service type and will be disclosed prior to or upon completion of the work. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, pre-existing conditions, or circumstances outside of our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plumb Easy’s liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Plumb Easy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Property Access and Conditions

By scheduling a service, you represent that you have the authority to authorize work at the service address and that you will provide safe and reasonable access to the work area. Plumb Easy is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or conditions that materially affect our ability to complete work as originally scoped.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on plumbeasy.com, including text, images, logos, and service descriptions, is the property of Plumb Easy, LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Charleston County, South Carolina.
